Rising Stem Globe Valve Style Seal

I am tasked with designing a globe valve style seat seal with the following parameters:

150 PSI Max. Pressure
400 F Max. Temp
Fluids to be sealed are steam and or water.

Is there a good resource available which could show me acceptable geometries (angles, finishes, etc...) and seal materials, as well as compression forces required for the seals so that I may size the actuators as well.
