Hello I work at The Environment Agency in the UK. I am looking for recent developments in the estimation of contingency allowances using risk assessment techniques. We currently use the Monte Carlo method, which is probably too complex for our needs. Do any of you have any experiences in this area that you'd like to share with me ? Thanks Kieran Morris
