we have RO plant with 3 streams same procedure which start by carbon filters them mechanical filter then Ultra Filtration Modules then Reverse Osmosis Membranes.
I found 2 streams with low inlet and outlet pressure in the mechanical filter and low flow rate from the UF also conductivity in the end means after RO is little high compairing to the stream 3.
Please any one can help how to treat this problem?

There are three variables in your filter system, i.e. pressure, flow, and conductivity, which low pressure and low flow might related to each other, but in doubt for the conductivity.
Suggest to conduct the operate one stream at a time and to verify the condition of each filter. SO, three streams can be evaluate under the same basis.

thanks for replying, ok now already our plant is not working 100% because there is maintenance in the chiller this period so we are only making the plant working for some hours a day and also we are already operate streams separately means for exemple UF stream 1 and RO stream 3 ... like this

For that particular silo please check the O-Rings alignment & integrity! Low pressure, flow & high conductivity means flow is flowing around the membrane instead of through it
