Does anyone have experience with this software? Their promotional materials make it look really good for alignments, earthwork, culverts, and so forth, but they don't get into other road elements such as traffic control devices, guide rail, erosion control, storm water management, utilities, etc. If it can't do those, it's not what we need.

I talked to the company. It's an added tool, not a full CAD replacement. It's looks like it's really good at horizontal and vertical alignments, pavement and earthwork quantities, balancing cuts and fills, etc., but not the other stuff. You use it for the things it's good at, then import the design into your CAD package to finish the plans.

They have a new feature coming out that will adjust the horizontal alignment (not just the vertical) to reduce earthwork.
