Roatation Gear?

I remember in a project we needed a support which controls the moment on certain node on piping while allows the piping node to be free to slide; and before changing the routing in another way I was advised to use rotation gear (or girth). Has anybody faced such situation? and what exactly the details look like?

saw the picture. Well literally, I was looking for a kind of support that can make the line slide while it stops it to twist/rotate.
