This is the wrong place for that kind of advice. You need to seek out an architect with experience in this kind of design first. They'll be able to help you with those questions.

I have tried to search for a specialized Architect, but unfortunately, the searching result is totally biased to the commercial side

I could not find any specified Rolling Skating Architect Lead.

Well...in this part of the world roller skating rinks went out of style about 40 years ago. They have seen a minor resurgence, but very few instances of new rinks going up.

You say you're an investment company. Have you done construction investments in the past? Did you work with an architect? Start there. They may not do roller skating rinks, but they likely have a connection to somebody who does.

We are a new start-up company, indeed we have experience with fit-out and decoration, but with greenfield construction.

We are looking for an Architect that has good experience in Skating Track, Curves, Terrains and Topograph.

Hence it is not going to be a public park, and it is going to be an indoor facility ( due to the climate of GCC and UAE especially ), then we have to assure a proper customer journey.

Civil Architect is not the key player on this mission as much as the rule will be given to Skating Engineer, obviously, this man not easy to find.

Anyhow, it was a pleasure seeing you trying to help in this subject and I will try to keep you posted with the updates.

One more thing, yes I totally agree with you about the minor resurgence, it starts seeding in the Middle East this year.
