Hi,
I have to analyze the deformation on a rolling shaft mounted on two bearings. I m using solidworks and I don t know how I have to fix the constrains. Untill now I tried to use the bearing connector, but there is a convergence error, so the only solution that gives me some result s using fixed geometry for the surface of the two bearings. I would like to find a solution for the same problem also for Comsol to run a dynamic analysis.
Thanks Luca

For shafts it's typical to just simply support the shaft at the centre of the bearings. You don't have to model contact with the bearings
