Rosemount mag flow meters

I use a magnetic flow meter by emerson, rosemount.
It is showing faulty reding. How can it be checked for consistency and accuracy??
plz help.

Rosemount does make a flow tube simulator that will test the transmitter. It is very expensive. The biggest issue with mag flowmeters is not having a full pipe. Make sure that the pipe is always full.

Actually i found out few tests for dc and electrodes terminals. I performed them and found my flowtube to be covered with scale..
