Rotary Actuator 180 degrees,

I am workin on the Rotary Actuator 180 degrees, I'm currently creating a 3D model.
I have short question regarding this solution.
How can I make this application? is there a rule, norm standard for this rotary solution?I mean trapezoidal thread (helical gear) - how to calculate it?, how to draw it?
Do you have any material concerning this topic ?(similar technical drawing)
