Rotary Latch Supplier

Hi Everyone,

Wasn't sure where to post this, so I post it here. I'm working on a fast track project, and designing an "escape hatch". Looking for a Double sides (or single sided that coud be modified to a 2 arm) Rotary Latch. Any Ideas where to go to find this in stock. I've contacted a couple of our regular suppliers and found they are all long lead.
