Rotate importet Points relative to Coordinate System

Hello Guys,

i'm not able to rotate importet points relative to the Coordinate System, is this simply not possible?

Or can this only be done creating a suitable UCC, exporting the points with this new UCS, saving as IGES file and finally importing in the original Part?

I tried the "UCS saveas" option, but pure are not supported using IGES/STEPS/SAT filetypes it seems.
