Hello,
i want to rotate a simple ring shaped disc in explicit. I applied the rotation on a reference point which was coupled to all the nodes of the disc with kinematic copuling. The problem i have is that the stresses in the disc are too high. I compared the stresses with a static analysis with the "rotational body force"-load . Is it because of the instantenous application of the rotation ? When i define an amplitude with
0,0
1,1
it won't get better. How would you do that? I just want to let the disc rotate for a short time and define another step with different loadings but now i just focus on the right rotation without getting very high stresses.
