Rotating flow pressure measurement

I want to know some of the measuring techniques and necessary components for measuring the pressure of a rotating flow in a pipe. I came across something called a five-hole probe, and some suggestions saying something like a fast response pressure probe that moves along the axial direction? Can someone explain how this will work or any suggestions on how I can do an accurate measurement of this type of flow? Thank you!
