Rotating views/screens before taking captures in CATIA V5?

Hello All,

I got a code taking captures from CATIA using CaptureToFile function (inside "Viewer object").

As you know that the physical monitor is made to "landscape" orientation (longer horizontally than the height) by common design, and the CATIA screen itself is also displayed in landscape mode as well.

So when taking screen captures using CaptureToFile function, the taken images are also displayed in landscape, exactly as seen on the monitor.

My question is: Is there a way in CATIA V5 (i.e. method, object, or property) that you can rotate the captures / screen(s) or cameras from Landscape to Portrait and vice versa before actually taking and saving the captures in jpeg?

Any help is much appreciated.

What about changing the rotation of your Monitor display before running your existing macro instead? This is normally an available option through the software utility that accompanies high end video cards used for CAD applications. In theory, this seems like it would accomplish your goal without building/rebuilding code to handle it.
