rotor connection of slip ring motor

i have a question that slip ring induction motor rotor,s
connection can be in delta? and if so how we will add resistance in series with rotor winding.
(i have 2500 kw motor, according to name plate data it,s rotor connection are in delta)

Yes, rotor can be collected in delta. All you get is three leads out to the sliprings to which the external starting resistance is connected.

The resistances are initially connected in series. The shorting contactors short out the resistances in steps. If the resistances are connected in star the shorting contactors may be two pole devices. If the resistances are connected in delta the shorting contactors must be three pole devices.
