rouging of stainless steel 2

I am searching for the causes of this type of corrosion. Does anybody know information that leads me to an answer?

You can get good information on this from arc_jmg@yahoo.com It involves a surface corrosion phenomenon on austenitic stainless steels - possibly ferritic and duplex grades too.
