Round to Rectangle

I have used blend and protrustion but it will not allow me to do this. Sweep Blend does not allow me to do this either. Can someone explain to me in detail step by step what is needed to be done to create this. If possible a prt example would be great that way i can look at how it is supposed to be properly done.

Make sure to break up the circle sketch into 4 segments using the "Divide an entity" tool in sketcher.

Thank Kimocal it worked now Im haveing trouble fixing the twist that it is presenting I know it has something to do with the arrows but im don't know how to fix it
