I am looking for a supplier for a polyurethane belt coated on the outside with rubber or friction polymer. Low RPM, belt must also be machined in the center (holes and teeth emoval in the center section) for suction devices integration.

The belt is 2 inches wide, overall thickness 1/4 inch.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

This process involves molding the material to the belt. How much force is on the suction devices?
