I need to make a rubber part molded with fabric. The end product is similar to the attached picture.

The idea to make this rubber part molded with fabric is once the mold is opened, someone place a fabric ring into the mold then close the mold and the rubber raw material shot into the mold and start cooking.

I have asked many rubber molding companies, one said they do not know how to mold this rubber with fabric. Because when the rubber raw material shot into the mold, the fabric will be off the place due to 200ton pressure. And I know this is possible to mold with fabric cuz one company told me they have the technique to do this.

My question is, what is the trick here? How can the fabric keeps still there while the raw material shot in? thank you

The part shown in your attachment looks to me like it's made from rubberised fabric which is built around a mandrel and then moulded.

What GB said. The trick is in building the mandrel in such a way that the molded part can be "easily" removed without damage. Tires are built in this manner, especially custom tires for off road equipment. Google or search youtube for "how it's made" videos of tire making.
