Run ABAQUS INP file in any other software without using ABAQUS licenses

Hi All
I have many ABAQUS INP file that each of the require several ABAQUS licensee for each job submission.
I am aware of many different script that submit INP file to the ABAQUS without opening it.
But, I am wondering if there is any package and scrip or software etc that is able to process the INP file and generates ODB output, without submitting it to ABAUQS to occupy ABAQUS license?

You could submit the input files in Abaqus Study app available on the 3DExperience platform but this requires separate license. Otherwise, jusr run these inp files in Abaqus via the command line so that you don’t have to use license for Abaqus CAE (pre- and postprocessor). You can run each job on a single cpu to reduce the cost in computational license tokens.

Currently I am using single CPU and submitting through command line. However, our institute has limited number of license which is often occupied.
I am looking for an alternative solver which is capable of reading the ABAQUS INP files and generate output? CalculiX seems to be an alternative, but it sill require modification and set up to read the INP files.
