Run CATIA V5 DownwardCompatibility Utility in Batch

Has anyone had success running the CATIA V5 downwardcompatibility utility on a CATDrawing in batch. I am trying to determine the pointed documents and tried to get this information using the downwardcompatibility utility in batch. However, it fails because it expects a CATPart and not a CATDrawing as input. Interactively, you can run the utility against a CATDrawing in INFO mode.
