Can anyone tell me what could be causing these run errors when solving in Ideas9?
F 17840 FORTRAN WORKSPACE TOO SMALL - INCREASE MEMORY ALLOCATION
FOR FORTRAN WORKSPACE
H 29489
MATRICES STILL IN LOGICAL MODE (IN HMKILF)
S 17860 ROUTINE HMPCLO CODE 9
ERROR DURING MATRIX OPERATION.
THIS INDICATES A SEVERE PROBLEM WITH THE SOLUTION.
PLEASE CHECK PREVIOUS ERRORS FOR MODELING PROBLEMS.
H 29390
DATABASE FILE STILL OPEN (IN HMCLOS)
S 17860 ROUTINE ENRE CODE 4
ERROR DURING MATRIX OPERATION.
THIS INDICATES A SEVERE PROBLEM WITH THE SOLUTION.
PLEASE CHECK PREVIOUS ERRORS FOR MODELING PROBLEMS.
I am trying to solve for a 24" steel tank w/.375" walls w/1000 psi pressure. I split the tank into parts, middle and two hemispherical ends. I have defined all boundaries, loads, and constraints. But I still get these 5 errors. It would be nice if I-deas had a tutorial to cover troubleshooting this stuff. The help would be greatly appreciated.
