All,
I am trying to run abaqus 6.10-1 from the cmd line on a linux server. There are multiple newer versions of abaqus installed on the server. I have to run this version of abaqus to run an old plugin. Updating the plugin is not an option.
When opening up the cmd line, typing 'abaqus cae' of course runs the most current version of abaqus on the server. On windows versions of abaqus there is an abaqus.bat file to modify and put abq6101 to force 'abaqus cae' to open the predetermined version. On linux, I cannot find such a file.
Can anyone please share how they open previous versions of abaqus where there are multiple versions installed on the same computer/server?
Thank you.
