Hello All,
I have recently inherited an unsteady HEC-RAS model that I believe was initially developed with HEC-RAS 4.0. I would prefer to run it using HEC-RAS 4.1.0 to be able to tie it in to HEC-geoRAS 10 and ARC GIS 10. However, when I attempt to run the model as is in 4.1.0 it crashes within the first few time steps. It will run sucessfully with 4.0.
My question is are there any obvious differences in data requirements between 4.0 and 4.1.0? I think that my problem lies with the unsteady flow data not the geometric data, but I am not sure. If anyone has had similar experiences switching from 4.0 to 4.1.0 and has suggestions I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Joey
