Does anyone know what the FAA standards are for runway profile design of Category C and D runways, at the first and last quarter lengths? Specifically, are grade changes allowed within the first and last quarter lengths?

Thanks in advance,

There can be a grade change in the first last quarters of the runway but it is still limited by the grade change rule for runways.

Thanks. We've since found out from FAA that vertical curves are allowed, per your response.
