S WPSs

ASME IX, QW 100.1 states about 'AWS Standard Welding Procedure'..
ASME IX, Appendix E provide the details of Permitted SWPSs and the 'Designation' of SWPSs eg: B2.1-1-017-94,B2.1-1-022-94 etc.
Could anybody tell me
What B2.1,1,o17and 94 stands for and from where I would get the content of these SWPSs..
