S163 Steel / DTD5192

Hi,

I need to procure either S163 or DTD5192. it has been a long hard struggle and I have come up with nothing.

so I was wondering if there is a base material I can procure and heat treat in some way to bring it up to either S163 or DTD5192?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

A quick search on google found some suppliers for each of course Chinese- what sorts of quantity and sizes are you seeking?
