SA-269 in ASME SEction II Part "A" & "D"

Pipe & Tubing Material SA-269:
I can't find this material in ASME SEction II Part "A" & "D". However, this material is in ASME B31.3.
Any specific reason?

ASME SA-269 does not exist; ASTM A-269 does. B31.1 has a number of material specifications that are not listed in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
