SA508 Gr22 Cl3 vs. SA336 GrF22 Cl3

Does anybody have an idea why SA336 GrF22 Cl3 is allowed for ASME III pressure vessels up to 700F, while SA508 Gr22 Cl3 is not permitted for same?
