What's the difference between SAE 1010 and AISI 1010? Thanks.

SAE is the Society of Automotive Engineers.
AISI is the American Iron and Steel Institute.
In common speaking there is no difference, 1010 is low carbon steel.
If you are bound to Specifications then you should look exactly for whatever is applicable.
