We currently are design a hub that uses a standard female spline from the B92.2 SAE standard. We have run into the problem in specifying the correct tolerance class (4H, 5H, 6H, 7H). In the B92.2 it does not have calculation for the tolerance class or explain the tolerance classes.

I have seen on the forum many people recommending the DIN5480, would I find the same spline in this standard as in the 92.2?

Are there metric splines in B92.2?
