SAE testing for aftermarket motorcycle wheels

Please allow me to apologize in advance, as I have no experience in the US testing market. Our company has recently built a custom motorcycle wheel for the Asian market, and we are interested in selling it in the US. I have been trying to find out what testing may be required for this so that we can claim it is DOT registered, but I have been successful in locating any standard that deals with this situation. I understand J2530 has been adopted by the industry for passenger cars and trucks. Can anyone point me in the direction of an equivalent testing standard for motorcycles? Also, is there a service anyone could recommend that can handle our DOT filings for us, or a place to begin this process?

Perhaps some of your difficulty is because of the asinine usage of the word rim instead of wheel by some people. Take a look at this document, it shows required procedures and has a link for testing sites:
