Hi,
I'm currently looking into sand removal from a gas/condensate wellstream. I want to prevent the sand to enter the separator, hence I would like some advice on upstream sand removal. And to up the ante; the separator is subsea
1. Anyone know any methods for efficient upstream sand removal? Doesn't need to be subsea today, my company can help in marinizing the method.
2. I've made a google search and found a couple of companies providing solutions;
a; Mozley wellspin desanding hydrocyclones:
b; Merpro Tore Trap:
If anyone has any experience or input regarding these please let me know.
Thanks,
Magnus
