SAP VEA Program - Formerly Right Hemisphere

Currently working with SAP - Visual Enterprise Author, formerly Right Hemisphere. Looking for someone that is familiar with the program. I know it is possible to hyperlink documents into the program itself that are on a common drive. I need some instruction on how to hyperlink these documents if anyone is familiar with the task in VEA.
