Hi, I'm new to SAP2000 and hoping to use it to perform a structural analysis on custom concrete-like materials under different gravity values i.e. on the moon and mars.

Is this possible in SAP2000? Is there a way to change the value of gravitational acceleration so that I can simulate these structures, i.e. change it from 9.80665m/s2 to 1.622m/s2 for the moon and 3.711m/s2 for mars - or any custom value I want to enter. Any help and the steps to do this would be much appreciated!
Thanks

I would imagine there is a way to do that. Have never come across it.

I think it's possible to fake out SAP and just apply the ratio of 1.622/9.81 = .165 to your "Load Pattern" self weight multiplier.
