sap2000 has encountered a problem

Hi,
im using windows xp, sp2. when i open sap2000 v 11, it tries to load and fails in the process with an error message that 'linear and nonlinear dynamic analysis have encountered a problem and needs to close'. Can anyone help me with this problem?

If you have the software installed in a desktop computer, you must try to install the software in a notebook.
