I am modelling a wood truss in SAP2000, these are the material properties I used for wood:

Local Axis 1: Longtiudinal
Local Axis 2: Radial
Local Axis 3: Tangential

E1=E2=E3=9500 MPa (T5.3.1A CWC-Wood Design Manual)=6500e6 N/m^2 (if your units are set to (N, M, C)
For Axially Loaded Members as in a Wood Truss:
Poisson Ratios:
U12: Longitudinal Force causing Radial deformation = 0.280 to 0.422
U13: Longitudinal Force causing Tangential deformation = 0.292 to 0.462
U23: Radial Force causing Tangential deformation = 0.382 to 0.437

From [1] Green, Winandy, Kretschman, Chapter 4: Mechanical Properties of Wood (Not available in CWC-WDM)

From Canadian Wood Council - Wood Design Manual:
A1=4e-6 per C
A2=40e-6 per C
A3=27e-6 per C

Shear Modulus (Modulus of Rupture) from [1] and same convention as poisson ratio:

G12=0.078E to 0.131E
G13=0.053E to 0.138E
G23=0.003E to 0.017E

Weight per unit volume: 420 kg/m^3
Mass per unit volume: 4100 N/m^3
