SAP2000 section modification properties

I am using SAP2000 v14. I want to modify the properties especially shear tension and moment capacities of a cold formed steel section. I have tried by using "Property/Stiffness Modification Factors Form" option from ASSIGN menu, but it does not
OR
In other words I want SAP2000 to fix the values of shear tension and moment of the steel section.
