save Dialog box text is jumbled

when I save the dialog box reads " ????? Part1 ????"
I have tried changing my windows system font. The only thing that was installed on this system prior to the problem was Autodesk True view file viewer but even whan I uninstall that the problem persists.

This problem is only is Solidworks and no other applications.

All other text areas appear fine.

Make sure the font you selected was a ".ttf" (True Type Font).

I had that a long time ago after changing the windows font to a non-ttf font & all I could see was

I've checked that I am using True type fonts for everything and I still get this its only in Solid works and only with the save and print message dialog boxes.
