Save Option Grayed Out

I am unable to save my drawing. Was modifying a block on the drawing. I noticed the save option is now grayed out. Whether this is related to the problem somehow I do not know. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is the Save option greyed-out for the drawing and solid models, or just the block?

Have you exited the Edit Block mode?

Thanks for the reply corblimey.
The fix is I closed the drawing and it gave me
the option to save, I clicked yes. When I reopened
the drawing the save option was restored. Seems like
it was just stuck in some mode. Thanks for your reply.
