Save Options

Hi everybody!
I have a question: Under File, Save Options I tried to select Compress Part on Save and Generate Weight Data, but they are inactive! How could I make them selectable?

For NX2, weight management requires an advanced assemblies license (ie more money). I'm not sure if the situation has changed for NX3 or higher.

Just started NX3 and NX5 using out-of-the-box settings and both options are active. I don't have Advanced Assemblies with NX3 and Weight Management was active. I've tried playing with Customer Defaults, but can't get them to show as inactive.
