I am working with an imported Parasolids file. If I create a new front view of the model, that is different than what exists in the Parasolids file, and I wish to use the new front view I created and saved in a new drawing, can I somehow automate the other views like top and isometric?

If you're talking about automating the views in the part, change the front view instead of creating a new one. Orient the part to your desired front view->space bar->'Update Standard View button. You may have to update your Top view as well but everything should fall into place after that.
If you're talking about in the drawing, once you've dragged in your new front view, the projected views will follow accordingly.

Jeff, I'm talking about automating the views in the drawing from my new saved view. Can I get the projected views from my new saved view that I dragged into the drawing at a later time?

I should add that I'm not using Model Views just views I drag into the drawing from the View palette.

Yes, projected views will be aligned with whatever view they're derived from in the graphics area.
