I am trying to paste a simple drawing from AutoCAD2000LT into MS Word. The file (drawing) pastes OK and all appears well until you print it. You then get very very thin lines and some lines don't even print. It appears OK on the screen.

I have tried bmpout, dxf and copy / paste but nothing reproduces reliably.....not even close

Any idea?

Please help.

WMFOUT from AutoCAD produces the best results for us, but we do use an add-on program called BetterWMF to enhance the image.

Click on "paste special" in word and try the different options. One should work well.

On some versions of ACAD, the drawing file image reverses or lines disappear when inserted into MS-Word. One approach to this problem is to create a file in Acrobat or a similar application program and save the drawing as a JPEG file. MS-word loves JPEG files. Hope this helps - John
