SBC PCD4 manuals

Hello,

I've been lookin' for (pdf) manuals for some SBC PCD4 modules. Unfortunately, these modules aren't officialy supported by the manufacturer anymore, so the manuals are to my best knowledge almost impossible to find.
Therefore, I would like to ask, whether anyone of you have (or know the requisite links for) PCD4.B9xx, PCD4.N2xx and PCD.M1xx manuals.

I found the following link that contains some details on those units
i have worked on them in the past so i will see if i can find anything on my back up HDD, though i know the notes i took were very limited
