Hi, I am facing an issue with autorun of a circulation with profitbus. I am not able to receive any pump status feedback on SCADA after signalling the pump to run. When I check on site, the pump is actually running but the inverter shows it is at 0Hz. SCADA did not reflect the pump status as well.
When I switch the pump to local mode, I am able to see the pump running at the inverter, but again there is no feedback at the SCADA side. I have no issue for the other pumps in both remote and local mode.
Anyone can help enlighten me what is the possible cause? Thank you in advance.

Either you're missing a cable or your RTU isn't configured to read the data from the pump plc or wherever the pump controller is.

This is like saying my car won't start - what could be the reason?

Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

The pump actually starts but the status is not capture on SCADA. Could it be a fault of the profitbus or the PLC programming?
