Our office is looking into purchasing an all in one scanner, copier and plotter. I think we settled on the new model offered by KIP. My question is this, "What program should we purchase to convert the raster format that the scanned document will be in to a viable AutoCAD dwg file?

Any input would be helpful.

Hi Greg,

you will get a software for your printer.
It´s enought(but I don´t know what quality
you need).

If you would like to use scanned drawings
in autocad try to save with your program
as *.wmf (vectour plot).
After that import this in autocad.

I know that exist a program, which correct
and repair a quality of an image.
But I don´t know the name of it.

Best Regards,

Robert
