Scene available only after restart CATIA

Hi,
When open an assembly model, some times already saved scene is not available. Due to this problem, the scene link given to drawing becomes not available and drawing shows error.
If we restart the CATIA program and open the model, now the scene is available.
Kindly provide idea to make the scene available without restart the CATIA.

maybe reinstalling catia? have never had problems with scenes display.
