Scene Load Unsuccessful Error in Photoview 360

When trying to open a SW assembly file in Photoview 360 I get an error message "Scene load was unsuccessful". I tried to open other files (part files also)...get the same message. I've not gotten this message before and have used Photoview 360 recently without this issue. Any help what could be the problem? Thank you.

Hi... Yes... I did. Still same issue.

Is it the same with every scene? If it is I'd try an instal repair. Sounds like SW forgot where the scenes are.
