I am using MS Project to plan schedule for a 3 shift operation. I wish to schedule two 10 min and one 30 min break in each of the shifts.

Can I show these breaks on the Gantt chart in form of non-working time?

If yes, then can I make the task/s to automatically split at these breaks?

Thanks
Kaushik

That might be a bit difficult. You'd need to run it with the day starting at 12am and ending at 11:59pm. Additionally, Project only has 5 slots for working time separations, so you'll need to lump the breaks and lunches per shift into single blocks. Goto Tools|WorkingTime for a look
