sepam 1000+ M20
After restating the sepam(power off & on),sepam goes to (failure safe mode) showing failure code 1(Majer fault) and wouldn't comes back any more.
This problme happend with many of our sepams in site.
Could we restore it back? And what is each failure code mean?
Plz help!?

We've had problems with Sepam 2000 Relays at several substations The relays have malfunctioned when a
telecontrol in / out switching operation of relay functions occurs
during an active A/R sequence. The relay crashes completely and doesn't send an alarm, so basically you lose all protection. It does reboot manually OK. I don't know whether the Sepam 1000 is similarly afflicted, but we have made the decision to replace all our Sepam relays.

I have not come across this problem before but my recommendation would be that you take this up with your local Schneider representative or phone the Schneider Technical Support Hotline for your area.

thank you all, we replaced many sepam when we got control power failure.
